All products available for purchase on this site can be delivered for collection to any one of our stores throughout the UK. (Items usually available for collection within 7 working days - subject to product availability).

Once your order is received, a member of staff will contact you to let you know when your goods will be available for collection. The address of each of our stores is available on our 'store finder' page.

UK Mainland

UK Mainland (excludes Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, ROI & NI)

*FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF £50 AND OVER (UK MAINLAND - STANDARD SERVICE).

Standard Delivery charge of orders under £50 - £4.95.
For orders weighing less than 2kg the delivery charge is £2.95.

*Due to the size and weight of our range of Party Tents free delivery is not available in whole for these items. The delivery charge will however be discounted by the standard charge of £4.95 bringing the delivery charge for these items to £10.00.

Individual shipping times are given on each product page and will give you an indication of the time required to prepare and ship your order.

Once you order is shipped, the order will arrive the following working day.

**NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE WHERE SHIPPING TIMES STATES 'Usually Ships Same Day'

**and where your order is placed before 12 noon on a working day. Please call ahead if you are requiring next day delivery from 12 noon to 3pm.

Despatch notification emails are sent on the day that your order is shipped. This will include a tracking number and link (URL) so that you may track your order with our courier.

All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Please ensure you supply a daytime delivery address for your order as a signature will be required.

If you have any specific delivery requirements, then the following options are available. These rates are in addition to the standard delivery rate.

Scottish Highlands

Due to the distance required to deliver any product from this website to the Scottish Highlands, a charge higher than that of mainland deliveries must be charged. This is simply because transport costs to cover this extra distance are higher than those of delivering to the mainland.

If your address is within any of the postcode ranges below, you must select the 'Scottish Highlands / Northern Ireland' option in the ship to class on the cart page.

Postcode areas classed as Scottish Highlands IV3 - IV40 IV52 - IV54 IV63 KW1 - KW14 PA20 - PA40 PH19 - PH40 PH60

Standard Delivery charge of - £15.00

Orders below 2KG are sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service at the cost rate.

Please be sure to select the correct shipping zone whilst placing your order as orders placed with an incorrect shipping zone will be subject to an additional charge and a possible delay.

UK Isles

Scottish Isles, Orkney Isles, Shetland Isles, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey, Jersey, Republic of Ireland.

As with delivery to the Scottish Highlands, the costs associated with delivering goods to the the areas detailed above are higher than a regular mainland delivery.

If your address is within any of the areas mentioned above, you must select the 'Scottish Islands / Chanel Islands' option in the ship to class on the cart page.

Standard Delivery charge of - £35.00.

Orders below 2KG are sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service at the cost rate.
