Standard Delivery charge of orders under £75 - £4.95
*Due to the size and weight of our range of Party Tents free delivery is not available in whole for these items. The delivery charge will however be discounted by the standard charge of £4.95 bringing the delivery charge for these items to £10.00.
Individual shipping times are given on each product page and will give you an indication of the time required to prepare and ship your order.
Once you order is shipped, the order will arrive the following working day.
**NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE WHERE SHIPPING TIME STATES 'Usually Ships Same Day'
**and where your order is placed before 12 noon on a working day. Please call ahead if you are requiring next day delivery from 12 noon to 3pm.
Despatch notification emails are sent on the day that your order is shipped. This will include a tracking number and link (URL) so that you may track your order with our courier.
All orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Please ensure you supply a daytime delivery address for your order as a signature will be required.
If you have any specific delivery requirements, then the following options are available. These rates are in addition to the standard delivery rate.

Delivery Policy - Collection from store
All products available for purchase on this site can be delivered for collection to any one of our stores throughout the UK. Once your order is received, a member of staff will contact you by email to let you know when your goods will be available for collection. The address of each of our stores is available on the 'stores' page.
Delivery Policy - Scottish Highlands
Due to the distance required to deliver any product from this website to the Scottish Highlands, a charge higher than that of mainland deliveries must be charged. This is simply because transport costs to cover this extra distance are higher than those of delivering to the mainland.
If your address is within any of the postcode ranges below, you must select the 'Scottish Highlands / Northern Ireland' option in the ship to class on the cart page.

As with delivery to the Scottish Highlands, the costs associated with delivering goods to the the areas detailed above are higher than a regular mainland delivery.
If your address is within any of the areas mentioned above, you must select the 'Scottish Islands / Chanel Islands' option in the ship to class on the cart page.

Delivery Policy - BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
All goods sold on this website can be shipped to any BFPO address. The delivery is facilitated by the Royal Mail.

When placing your order, please be sure to select the 'British Forces Post Office' Shipping Zone. Selecting any other shipping zone will result in a delay of despatch.
Please give as much detail about the destination of your order as possible including Name, Rank, Regiment, Barracks, BFPO Number and any other information you may deem necessary.
Please note that due to the limitations set by the MOD, it may not be possible to deliver some of the larger items using the BFPO service. If this is the case then you will be contacted upon receipt of your order whereby you will be offered an alternative delivery method which may result in an additional charge or a full refund will be offered.
